Follow the signs for Arrivals and Baggage Claim.

Through Customs:

(If applicable) Collect your luggage, proceed through customs.

Inside Meet and Greet Meeting Point:

Exit customs into the Arrivals Hall.

Carpark Meeting Point:

The driver will ask you to meet them inside the carpark.The private hire pickup point is located in the short stay carpark level 1, which is the same level as the arrival ’ s hall. The distance from the arrivals to the pickup point is 100 yards or 2 minutes ’ walk away. The driver will provide you with identification details such as the car reg istration number or car colour/make

(if applicable) Collect your luggage and pass through customs.

Inside Meet and Greet Meeting Point:

Exit customs into the Arrivals Hall. The meeting point is near the WHSmith store. Look for your driver holding a sign with your name or company’s logo.

Carpark Meeting Point:

The driver will ask you to meet them inside the carpark. The minicab/private hire pickup area is in the short stay carpark 3, level 3. When you leave the arrivals lobby, walk about 20 yards from the main entrance. Take either the lift or the stairs to the next level, where the carpark building is. You’ll need to use the lift to get to level 3. Your driver will meet you there at the designated minicab/private hire pickup area. The driver will provide you with details such as the car registration number or car colour/make so you can identify the driver.

When you face the carpark, walk to the far-right side,and you’ll find the designated minicab/private hire pickup area.The driver will provide you with details such as the car registration number or car colour/make soyou can identify the driver.
